Cancellation & returns policy

Cancel before production begins for a full refund. IMN absorbs payment processing fees. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Report order problems within 2 days with photos to info@imnmarksmanship.com. IMN handles replacement, refund and carrier-claim review. For damaged or incorrect items, IMN covers necessary return postage and replacement shipping. IMN reviews your photos and provides a prepaid return label if the item needs to be returned.
